Magnolia Parlour respects your privacy. We do not sell or give out any client information to any vendor for marketing or sales purposes. Once you decide to work with us, we will discuss how you want to receive information from vendors, and only contracted vendors receive your full contact information.  If you choose to use my services you agree to the privacy policy.
When you contact me for a complimentary consultation I retain your data only until you decide to sign a contract or not. If you choose not to sign with me, I destroy your contact information and email.  If you choose to sign with me I will keep your contact information for planning purposes; we will work primarily by email and virtual meetings.  After your wedding, your file is stored in a locked drawer for 7 years per IRS regulations but I do not contact you for any other purposes.  All clients receive blog notifications via email and you may ask to be removed at any time.
As per my contract, I may use your wedding day photos for online business promotion. I never use full names of any clients, family or guests.  Vendors share photos to post and tag from time to time and while I cannot guarantee what any other  vendor does, I always strive to meet all of your needs.
I value your trust and aim to meet your expectations 100% of the time, however remember no method of transmission or method of storage is 100% secure and I cannot guarantee absolute security.
My services do not address anyone under the age of 18. If you are the parent or guardian of any child who has contacted me please let me know so we may take appropriate steps.
I may update my privacy policy from time to time so do check in whenever you like.
